* White Lined Paper - Using a Pen - Single Line Spaced - Cursive or Print (Cursive is preferred.)
or
* Computer Generated - Word Processor - Spacing should be 1.5 or double spaced - Clear Font! - No "Just Capital" Fonts!
(Make sure your font size isn't too small.)
